At Dock to Door, our customers have the opportunity to customize their order each week based on our current availability. No seasonal commitments!
CHAPEL HILL: Partner Location – 3Cups
DURHAM: Partner Location – Fullsteam Brewery
- Dock to Door posts the current availability for all pick up locations on the Dock to Door homepage by 5pm Thursday evening. At that time, we open our online store for customers to make secure payments using their preferred credit card.
- All orders must be placed in 1 lb. increments. The minimum order of any item is one pound.
- All orders for Chapel Hill (Friday pick up) must be placed by 10pm on Wednesday evening. All orders for Durham (Tuesday pick up) must be placed by 10pm Saturday evening. We do this in order to give our source sufficient time to process the orders.
- Dock to Door transports the orders that have been paid for in advance to Chapel Hill (3Cups) on Friday afternoon. We transport orders for Durham (Fullsteam Brewery) on Tuesday afternoon.
- Customers pick up their order from Dock to Door inside Fullsteam between 5pm – 7pm on Tuesday evenings; and inside 3Cups between 5pm – 7pm on Friday evenings. Seafood orders cannot be “held” beyond that time.
- Bring a copy of your online receipt or show us your smart phone in order to receive your order.
